Joann is a licensed Broker, Realtor®, and Broker In Charge with over 25 years invested in the real estate business. She holds a BA in Finance and Real Estate. For over 23 years, Joann has called Charlotte, NC her home but prior to that she lived in Albuquerque, NM and was an office manager with one of it’s largest real estate firms. She has provided transaction coordination, coaching and training as well as administrative services to individual agents, small teams, all the way up to 7th level teams. Her education and commitment to the real estate field provide clients with the most current training, customer service and knowledge of today’s global economy. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time visiting her children and traveling.
